Q: How do I buy the pictures you take at my event?

A: There are two ways. First of all, the digital files of every picture we take will be sent to you. They will be the full sized, un-watermarked originals. You can take these files and print at home, or any digital printer online, or in stores. The second way, is to order from us, by ordering in your gallery.

Q: What is the fastest way to receive my pictures?

A: We always have pictures in the mail via DVDs within the end of the 7th day after your event. However, the fastest way to view them, is to go online and view them in your gallery.

Q: IS there an advantage to ordering pictures thru your website?

A: Yes. Our printers are both extremely reliable, their products are top-notch, and thier turn around time is very good. Often an order sent today, is shipped the next day. Ask us how do get a discount on all your orders from us.

Q: How many sets of DVDs will we get? I would like one for my parents.

A: We send the newlyweds only 1 set. Anyone including friends and family, can log in online and download a full sized original, un-watermarked, onto their computer.

Q: Do you offer any video services?

A: We can do small segements of 1080p HD video recordings. We can then put them into a short video for you. We are however not videographers. Our focus will remain on capturing stills during your day.

Q: Why the great price?

A: While being in the wedding industry for over 8 years, We have just started our photography business as of August of 2008. To help speed up the process of developing a large portfolio for future clients to view, we have offered a great introductory rate.

Q: What is required to reserve a date?

A: A signed and returned contract, plus a retainer of $100 is required.

Q: When is the balance due?

A: The balance is owed on the wedding day.

Q: Why don't you include any pictures in your package?

A: We feel like photographers use pictures, as a way of gouging their customers. They may offer a $200 credit towards your order, but they then charge atleast $5 per picture. We leave it up to you to decide where to buy them from. Keeping in mind, we always want you to buy them from us. Our price for a 4x6 on lustre paper is less that a dollar!
