Rachel and David’s Big day!

Well, another great day and another fantastic wedding! The sun was bright but the temperature mild. The ceremony took place in the groom’s father’s back yard. What a view! The reception took place at Calhouns on the River.

Okay, this is one of the neatest things I have seen at a reception, and it is defenitely worth sharing. As you know, when ever the glasses are clanked, the newlyweds have to kiss. Well, they put a special twist on this. They had the names of all the attending couples. Whenever the glasses rang loud, they drew a couple’s name from a basket. This couple would have to kiss, and however they kissed, was the same way the newlyweds were to kiss. It started off with some regular kisses, but as the night progressed, the kisses got more and more elaborate, until finally making it to the final kiss from David’s Dad and Mom. They did a choreographed routine, starting with kisses up her arm, a little rodeo rangling, among other things, and finished off with a BIG WET ONE!
